Guaranteed Next day delivery via DPD - Free delivery on all orders
Delivered next day Monday to Saturday on orders placed before 3.30pm . Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday. This excludes bank holidays.
Delivery FAQs
How are my items packaged?
All your items are sent to you discreetly in standard courier packaging; there are no logos or information displayed on the packaging about the pharmacy or the product itself.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
On receipt of your delivery please note there may be a requirement to sign for your items
Order tracking?
Once your order has been approved an email will be sent to you with tracking information.
Where do you deliver to?
We can only deliver next day to customers in the UK
Note: We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns
Our policy does not allow for any items to be returned – this is for safety reasons and
we are not authorised to re-sell returned items. If you have any unwanted or unused
pens, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely.
Cancellations
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the
right to cancel such an order up until the point that the order has been dispatched
How do I cancel my NAD plus Harley street order?
If you wish to cancel your your order, you can email info@nadplusharleystreet.com
However, if your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately it is unable to be
cancelled.
